The best fish and burgers in the area! I can't wait to try the pizza next; it looks amazing. I've had the fish three days in a row, and it's a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this place—thank you for the fantastic service!

The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. The Goat Shed comes highly recommended for a wonderful family outing.

The restaurant is situated in a stunning location along the Bushmans River in the Eastern Cape, giving you a true sense of being in the wild. The venue is amazing, making it perfect for any event you can think of. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The menu caters to everyone, offering options for meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans alike. Plus, the entire venue is pet-friendly, which is a wonderful bonus! And I can't forget to mention the fantastic music—it really adds to the experience!

The host was very welcoming, and the setting among the trees was beautiful. Unfortunately, the facilities did not meet expectations. The outdoor bath, which was the main reason for choosing this cottage, was dirty (see the picture below). The bedding was heavily wrinkled, there was no cover for the bed base to add a finishing touch, and the duvet covers were mismatched in size. The towels were damp, and it was uncomfortable to sit up in bed since there was no headboard and the bed couldn't be flush against the wall due to the structural framework and lack of inner walling. Additionally, the verandah wasn't swept, and the outdoor table and chairs were too dirty to use. To top it off, the geyser was cold in the morning.
