As a GrubHub driver, I received an order for Jersey Mike's shortly before I arrived at the restaurant. Upon my arrival, I was informed that it would take a few minutes to prepare the order. However, I stood there and watched as they prioritized 10 to 12 walk-in customers after me before even starting on my pickup. In total, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for an order that was submitted 10 to 15 minutes before I got there. It seems that online orders are given a low priority compared to walk-in customers. If I were starving, I still wouldn't consider this restaurant.

This sub shop is fantastic! The service is excellent, and there's a great vibe at the corner location. It completely changed my perspective on lettuce! I'll definitely be coming back as soon as I can—or at least when I'm hungry again, which might be a while since the subs are super filling!

I love the regular Italian. Such a meaty sandwich.
