I have to say, for being a fast food restaurant, they are always a craving for me. So many restaurants aren 't fast anymore and although it does take a while to get the food sometimes, it is always hot! I usually only come in the late evening and there is no line, so I cannot comment about during the day. Staff is generally friendly and efficient. My absolute FAVORITE seasonal blizzard is the snickerdoodle cookie dough. If anyone is a Ben and Jerry 's lover..they use to have a Cinnabon flavor. Of course they discontinued it..but, the snickerdoodle blizzard from DQ fills that void for me 100% and I look forward to it every year! PLEASE put it on the menu permanently!!!

This location is out of every ice cream and topping option every time I attempt to go. I’ll ask for one thing and they’ll tell me they are out of 3/4 of the ingredients. Then I’ll ask for something different entirely and get the same response. It’s happened three times now.

I’m not the type to complain but you know what it’s been a day n I just wanted some to eat after a long day, like how you gonna give me a donation/ barely any gravy for a 6 pc chicken strip basket y’all probably don’t care but after today I’m dissatisfied/

Stopped in today for lunch with a relative and we both had ice cream. We both noticed that the ice cream was not 100% white, creamy and smooth like it used to be. I have no idea what happened. We were not happy with the ice cream.
