Teriyaki Madness - Kapolei

They are always smiling and super friendly. Also the food is super good. Thanks Moki for introducing me to this place. I need to bring my husband here.

I'm not gonna suger coat it: Our dinner from Teriyaki Madness tonight was not good which hits below the belt now more than ever. These are not the before times of a pre inflation world. We seldom eat out because life has become far too expensive to do so. So when we chose to treat ourselves by spending that extra money on takeout, it hurts even more when the meal is... well...horrible.We both had decided to get the regular steak bowls. To be fair, and something that garnered the extra star in this review, the customer service was Amazing. The employees were friendly and inviting, and the entire eatery was so clean! Because of this initial experience, I had high hopes that we had made the right decision in choosing Teriyaki Madness for our treat meal this paycheck. And then...we went home and opened that bowl lid.My face, and expectations, completely dropped when I saw the steak. It looked dried, overcooked, and many of the pieces were completely burnt. The rice and veggies looked perfect, but the steak...I had never had crispy steak before, and I hope I never have to again. Most of the pieces were unedible, but I choked it down because the last thing I wanted to do was to throw my money away. The consistency and texture reminded me of shoe leather, and steak should never be crispy. They were steak chips. Our dinner tonight was rice, veggies, and steak chips.

Not gonna lie the food was delicious but needed more drink options but it's overall very good would recommend 10/10

First and last visit- Wasn't told they were out of sweet tea after ordering at the counter.Ice machine was broken just realized from previous reviews, this has been a problem for several months)Chicken Teriyaki bowl and Veggie bowl ordered-Soggy cabbage and onion, skimpy portion of rice. One broccoli florets about the size of a nickel in each order.Wished I had taken a photo for this review- Only a few customers tgere during lunchtime-Obviously by the speed of the order delivery after ordering, the food was not made to order-Staff was super nice.Children's shows playing on a TV a bit out of place.Too little food for that price

Teriyaki chicken is always yummy. Salmon was meh. Options are great but portion of veggies varies every time I go. I don't like going into this store since there's no AC, not enough vent, and no ice. They started offering little ice in the cup these days though.
