Great place to stay! the rooms were spacious, there were two options from restaurants below, the pool was a fun place for my children to relax after a long day. hotel was clean, personal was friendly, location is perfect as it is close to large restaurants, shopping centers, food shops, gas station and much more!

The best hotel I had. the personal is incredibly helpful and friendly. the acceptability cannot be beaten! eating is quite good and they give great portions. for long-term stay I had it perfect!

Associates are polite. free breakfast, it is worth staying only 1 week. if you want to stay a long time, the menu does not have a variety. no watchman, no cctw (our car part was stolen) on the parking lot. no place for children to play or run.

Had me in hand for more than 20 minutes and no one answered. the music stopped me for so long. had to hang up and call back. worst customer service ever.

They cancelled my reservation and didn’t note that I called twice the to check in over the phone, as I was arriving early the next day. So I show up to the hotel and check in counter tells me there’s no rooms available and I will be charged for my cancelled reservation. I informed her of who I spoke with and they confirmed they checked me in and I was fine. While I was in the hotel I was searching for availability in the area and their hotel came up… then magically they had a room for me and charged me full price for 3 nights when my original price for 4 nights was $350 cheaper. She did not give me a discount, and they gave me the room I had originally reserved. Only reason they got 2 stars was because the free breakfast and free evening cocktail. Would love to have given more stars but they didn’t try to make it right for me and made me feel like it was my fault… when obviously calling twice to confirm check in doesn’t matter. And I would have to call reservations to try to get my previous reservation money back.
