Service was amazing! Our server was very kind and lenient with our table!

The brunch food was sub-par. The shared utensils on the buffet were dirty and multiple utensils were in the same container so they were dirty with other food.

Celebrated New Years Eve at Granite City. Had a fantastic evening. We were seated quickly and our server, Patrick was great! Very attentive. We took advantage of the NYE dinner for two. Food was wonderful. Timed well. We had a great time. Thanks to everyone at Granite City!

Our server overcharged our bill. We only had 2 infinite mimosas, 2 brunch’s and a flatbread and asked to split 3 ways. We also had a free brunch coupon, (so really should have only had one brunch charge) and it was never applied to the ticket. We hardly saw our server so we could not really ask for the mistake to be fixed after paying. The food was decent but some of it was cold. The server was nice but we only saw him like 4 times within the span of us being there for 3 hours. We had to flag him down to get extra napkins/condiments and a regular food menu as one of our friends was not eating the brunch. I don’t see how the total came to $130 if the brunch is $20.99, the mimosas would have been $28 and the flatbread was like $12. We all paid 3 ways and were all charged $41. Didn’t notice until after we all left and realized that the totals weren’t adding up.
