The food is very good but very bad staff does not serve customers as they should

A terrible place, supposedly a Guatemalan restaurant chain, but it has nothing from Guatemala, the flavor does not compare to the original, terrible service and they put a Mexican sauce that has nothing to do with the culture where the restaurant comes from, it is preferable to eat on the street with people from our country Guatemala and not in these restaurants that supposedly come from Guatemala but nothing to see and they play music in English you visit ready places to remember our culture but you go in and listen to music in English I think it is a frustrating thing to do this restaurant and not see anything of Guatemala

I need Pollo Campero to answer me, they took me out of the place and they told me that they were no longer going to give me service, supposedly the manager and it was because I wanted my receipt to do the survey and classify my experience because they gave me the receipt that does not have the code because they are very rude this is the response they really gave me, don't disrespect anyone, campero I need your answer because I will make another review soon

Food tastes great, presentation was great. Taking a star off the Service we ordered legs and thighs only but received 3 pieces of breast and 3 wings (out of 12 piece order)
