Paella Valenciana

We had family and friends visiting us in Valencia and spent a significant part of the day learning how to shop for and prepare paella. It was such an engaging and enjoyable experience! Carolina is incredible—she truly knows her stuff and has a fantastic personality for teaching. My guests couldn’t stop raving about it; all eight of us, including teenagers, had an excellent time.

One of the best places for paella in Valencia! I highly recommend the seafood paella. It’s situated right in the heart of the city center.

We had the paella as it seemed to be the most popular option, everything was delicious from start to finish, the service was incredible, it felt like a really special meal.

We were excited to book a cooking class while traveling in Spain. When the quarantined prohibited us from traveling, I wrote to cancel and ask for a refund. NO reply, just a automatic replay, repeatedly. Yes, I received a reminder a day prior and now am asked to write a review. Really??! I want my money back!
