What a hidden GEM!! Best meal I’ve had in the longest time. Mimi was our server and she was knowledgeable and fabulous. The outdoor seating is simple and cozy. Every dish was jam packed with flavor so savory, silky, and delicious. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you so much.

I really wanted to love this place but my hungry crew had so much leftovers. The emo tahini was imbalanced and had very strong vinegar flavor. I think a bit of citrus or pomegranate would have given it more depth. The hummus and lebna were good, but I wish the lebna had a bit more mint so it wouldn’t be flat. The carrots were my favorite and I could eat that all day. The main entrees were super duper dry, hard to share and overpriced. The pita bread was yummy and warm, but charging $8 for two pieces is wild to me, especially for how necessary it is for dips. Who wants to eat hummus with a spoon? That aside, the location and atmosphere was great. The staff was generous enough to let us stay a little later on Sunday (they close at 8). I did find it odd that the server tried to push us to order two of the super dry entree (forgot the name) which would have been too much food for the group. Good sales lady I guess but it felt like she was trying to run the bill. As a vegetarian entertaining mostly carnivores, the meal did not satisfy the party. TLDR: flavors were imbalanced and execution needs some work. The pricepoint leaves you wanting more, especially for how small and flat flavored the dishes were. Great spot for pictures and drinks; it has a speakeasy energy to it. Get the bourekas!
