Asked for no bacon with my meal and got bacon ridiculous had to wait for the chef to do it over and put chicken sausage. Pancakes was cold yeah.

Very bad customer service, absurd pricing, and no refills....?!

Please stay away, rude staff, expensive food, and absolutely no care for customer service. I will never come here again and I am advising everyone I know to stay away. Got into a heated dialogue with the manager because he wouldn’t give me a refill on my $5 lemonade that was basically 80% ice. This happened Tuesday, January 11, 2024, during early morning. I didn’t get the managers name, but she was a black female, she seemed more engaged with her phone than attending to customers.

I had a BLT which tasted okay but looked thrown together on regular white bread the bottom layer of which was soggy. My sister had a a club sandwich which was served on sourdough which was cut in half with a few slices of Roma tomatoes, lots of mayo, some cheese. It was supposed to have avocado but they were out so they substituted extra Turkey ….Lol.. horrible sandwich that looked gross…and no bacon on the club and certainly wasn’t a traditional club. My sister complained that there was no bacon and they did bring her several pieces of bacon on the side. She never ate the sandwhich !!, The whole place smells old and the tables were sticky!! We each bought a desert. I had a mini lemon Bundt cake which was totally stale. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be back!
