Art Cafe - Kālimpong

Poetic peices of art crafted on the wall, Beautifully arranged and well articulated with various artifacts. The cafe indeed stands by its name. The food is delicious and the view from the cafe is breathtaking.

Located in the town centre, the cafe offers excellent Tibetan fare along with soothing views of the valley side. The Tingmo with Chicken we had was outstanding. Jhol Momo is recommended but we did not fancy it much. They also have a good selection of coffees. Hazelnut Latte was good and Coconut Latte tasted nice, if a little on the sweeter side. Decor is artsy, as one would expect. It also has a small section, where they sell locally made teas, soaps, perfumes and clothes.

The ambience was great. The view from the cafe is also great. The decor was pleasant. I was surprised with their menu options had some pretty amazing dishes. We tried the Vietnamese Chicken wings, Chicken sausage pizza, french fries and Darjeeling tea. All items were excellent in taste and was enough for two persons.
