Très jolie salle à manger typique, bien décorée, confortable, et très bon repas d'asperges de saison, avec superbe sauce hollandaise. Ambiance chaleureuse. Service de bonne qualité.

This has become my go to place to take visitors! They provide a great experience from the minute you arrive to the time you depart. Very relaxed atmosphere, both insight and outside. Best steak I've had in Kaiserslautern...with their pepper sauce. Good fries and salad as well. I will definitely go back.

It doesn't get better than the Burgschanke! You can order from the menu or tell them your "hankering" and your wishes are granted. Service is wonderful and the ambiance so warm. Love this place!!!!!

This is my favorite German restaurant in the greater Kaiserslautern area. You know it's good because it's patronized by local residents as well as visitors to the castle. I always recommend getting the manager's special - it has never let me down. They close for most of January.

Nette, flotte Bedienung, urige Atmosphäre, grundsolides Essen, faire Preise. Was will man mehr? Für drei Personen gab es Spargel und Schnitzel. Echt lecker. Spargel perfekt im Biss, Schnitzel saftig. Vorher konnte man sich vom Buffet im Nebenraum einen Salat holen, zum Abschluss gab es auf diesem Buffet noch einen Nachtisch. Könnte man etwas liebevoller präsentieren, war aber frisch und ebenfalls lecker. Lecker und preiswert essen kann man heute nicht mehr überall. Also nichts wie hin.
