I was searching for some dining options before our trip to the island, and I must say the food was fantastic! The bacon fried rice and pancakes with banana macadamia nut sauce were to die for. The short ribs were also incredible, and the guava/orange juice was delightful. I highly recommend this place; my partner and I absolutely loved it!

The food was quite good, and the wait time was manageable. I ordered the Moco-Loco, which may not look appealing, but it tasted fantastic. I wanted to try the pancakes, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that a short stack costs $15; however, they were really tasty. It was a bit odd that they offered powdered coffee creamer instead of real cream or milk, but the very friendly waitress kindly brought me some milk when I asked. If you're planning to go on the weekend, I recommend calling ahead to add your name to the waitlist, so you won’t have to stand outside waiting.

Anyone who rated this restaurant less than 5 stars clearly lacks taste. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding. I ordered the shrimp omelet, while my husband chose the Portuguese sausage breakfast Maui, and we shared their famous pancakes. Without a doubt, it was the best food we’ve had on the island. You absolutely must dine here when you visit!

My retired husband wanted to have breakfast in a local restaurant on weekdays that we can avoid the crowd. We were so long. People were before 8. But it was worth it. The service was excellent. Of course the food was delicious. Large part so order smaller size.

THE best hole in the wall, local spot! If you?re visiting Pali Lookout make sure to stop by before or after. But take note of their hours. Everything we ordered was amazingly delicious! The waffles and pancakes were fluffy perfection. The Mac nut syrup irresistible. A must try! My cornbeef hash was tasty and soft. Only thing I would improve is the serving size for the cornbeef hash and Portuguese sausage plates for the price. Covid cautious restaurant for which I?m grateful. We had to wait outside to be seated. They asked us to sanitize our hands and took our temperature. And all workers wore masks and were very caring and kind. We will return!
