Bidrage med feedbackThis is the place for Satsuma Wagyu (Kagoshima Black Beef) in BBQ. They serve the Wagyu in different parts with different textures. There are parts with rich sweet meaty flavours and parts with fatty tenderness which melt in your mouth in seconds. Services are superb. Highly recommended.
One of the best wagyu I’ve eaten in Japan. They offer multiple platters of different wagyu cuts and even platters with cow innards. Price wise it’s on the higher end and quiet expensive but if you want to try really really good wagyu or come on a special occasion it’s definitely worth it!
I am traveling in Kyushu currently as a solo backpacker and I reserved for one person. I had a really wonderful time and the food was delicious. I mentioned to the server it is my birthday today and to please recommend a good option for me. They really went the extra mile by decorating the wagyu beautifully with flowers and even brought out a sparkling dessert. I was so happy and surprised by their kindness. The price for the quality was very reasonable too. Thank you for making my day so special, it meant the world to me because I haven't been able to see my friends or family in the US in many years. Anytime I'm in Kagoshima, I will come here again!

We got the 2-person set of 6 types of meat around ¥8700. Good variety of fatty and lean cuts. The fatty ones are comparable to the A4 served in Kobe, but at a fraction of the cost. If you're unsure about the cuts of meat, compare the signs next to the meat to the diagram of a cow on the sheet found on your table. If you don't understand Japanese, just match the symbols. Service was quick, respectful and everything was laid out well. The place looks good. Would definitely come here if you have time! I only wish they would do thicker cut slabs of meat like steak for more beef flavour and the texture of thicker cuts.
