When I entered the restaurant, there was just one person ahead of me waiting to place their order. However, by the time I decided to give up on ordering the last two subs I needed, a line had formed that extended out the door. It seemed that while I was waiting, they started processing an online order that had come in, and it appeared to be quite a complicated one. The three employees working on it took their time, poring over the details, and it became clear that they were struggling to manage it. I soon realized that trying to wait for them to figure it out would take longer than just going home and grilling a chicken breast myself. At this point, I’ve decided it’ll be at least a year or two before I return to this location. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide me with a receipt, so I can’t even give you my order number.

I ordered the monster what I got was not the monster I ordered no preppers got peppers was charged for extra meat tho there was a small portion barely passable for even a regular serving wanted pickles red wine vinegar garlic aioli and Parm cheese on it none of it was correct do not trust them with your mobile orders I wasted 34 bucks and I even gave a generous tip and I won't be making that mistake again Meal type: Lunch
