I experienced poor customer service during my visit. The food took an excessively long time to arrive, and it seemed like they were understaffed, particularly in the evening. It was quite disappointing! The responses I received from management felt generic and didn’t address the issues at all. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of genuine communication. It seems like corporate interests are prioritized over customer experience. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
