Sundance Bakehouse & Tea Rooms

We LOVE coming to Sundance Bakehouse. The food is fresh and tasty. Service is great considering how busy they are. Food is a bit pricey but hey, everything is in Snow Country is. We have had a lot of variable food over our years at the snow but Sundance always delivers.

We came daily to do all things Internet (via our own wifi) and found the food very delicious, Thai chicken pie, lamb. Utter pie, pepper steak pie all yummy. Salad wrap fresh and different and Kringle was wonderful. Some days service better than others but a very busy bakery and some customers were quite rood to the lovely staff. We we left on our own sitting for an hour or so whilst we had coffee and snack and by the 4th day regular staff recognised us. Other than the horrid screeching very loud music we loved this place - thank you!

I was in Jindabyne for 36 hours. Visited three times during Saturday 01JUL2017. Had the Chunky Steak and Pepper Steak pies. (The second and third visits were because the first Chunky Steak Pie was so good - pastry hold together, chunky steak pieces, delicious gravy). Their Pecan Pie was best I have ever had anywhere. Coffee was good. Service maybe a little slow - but I was in a longish queue. A comfortable pace to sit down and eat. Pie Prices didn't strike me as being excessive. The woman owner seemed to appreciate my feedback.I'd happily go back and am telling all my meat pie eating friends about it..

I don't why the girl serving was wearing plastic gloves as she was handling food and money with the gloves on. Chunky steak pie was cold. Pity they only take cash and not eftpos. Coffee and hot chocolate were good.

The food isn't bad and the coffee is ok too....but they only take cash (but thats not clear until you try to pay with a card). Com'on how many places refuse to take credit or debit cards these days? The tables and floor have been unclean on both occasions I have visited, but the staff are friendly.It could be so much more...but it isn't.
