While it may sound vague, the management seems to be relying too heavily on offering free samples instead of focusing on running the business effectively.

I had a fantastic experience at Pad 60. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or greasy like I’ve encountered at other places. It had an excellent flavor and was very refreshing on the palate. On the other hand, I wasn’t as impressed with the A16 Khao Thom. It wasn’t the congee I expected; it felt more like rice in soup. While it tasted fine, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.

This is my second visit to this restaurant. The ambiance is pleasant and the place is tidy, with excellent hospitality. However, I found that all the dishes I tried were lacking in flavor.

If you ever have a less-than-stellar experience here, it must be an unusually rare occasion— I keep coming back because it’s always fantastic.
