Taste Of Caddo - Jefferson

Last week, my family visited this fantastic restaurant. We are from Florida, but I am originally from East Texas. My parents treated my husband, two daughters, and me to a meal here, and it was outstanding! The chicken fried chicken, fried okra, hush puppies, mashed potatoes, and gravy were all absolutely incredible. We all enjoyed our meal, and the complimentary beans beforehand were a nice surprise. We would definitely love to come back here. The staff was also excellent.

The service was amazing and quick. I loved every bite of my fried catfish lunch. All the dishes were incredibly tasty. Be sure to include this restaurant on your itinerary when you visit Jefferson.

The food at this restaurant has improved significantly in the last six months! The dishes are served hot, fresh, and taste amazing. Our waitress Anna provided excellent service - she was friendly, attentive, and polite. We will definitely be returning soon!

This is a cute little hole-in-the-wall kinda place. The wait staff was friendly and courteous but unfortunately the food was horrible. We ordered the onion rings (absolutely tasteless), the shrimp Po boy and the chicken sandwich. Everything was waaaayover cooked. The chicken was tough and the shrimp chewy. To make matters worse, it took nearly half an hour to get our food. Ourwaitress was kind and apologetic and I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food wasn't so bad. YMMV.

3/26/3021 Breakfast, we order: Coffee Egg omelette Egg on biscuit. The food overall is good. Is a simple meal with good taste. Coffee is served with small packet power creamer.
