One of my favorite places! I like hrc because of the situation very easy to get or find and their funny and friendly staff. I like the sitting area in the open. when they sit outside, they can still have a nice chat with the group while they listen when the band plays. enjoy the view of the SCBD area, especially when the sun shines or even during the rainy days. best burger, nachos and kwetiau! pricey, but worth it, eating was always great and great portion. kold biere!
