Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This was my first time visiting, and I was really impressed! The chili was fantastic, and I also loved the fries—they had the perfect amount of seasoning. I wasn't a huge fan of the turtle sundae, mainly because of the roasted pecans. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience!

I've been here probably 6 times, it's been super salty a couple times. But if you are a smashburger with crispy edges fan its solid. They have super thin fries, which I like but I could see why people don't. Love this place personally but it's kinda niche. Never been mad at it

We visited this franchise for the first time after seeing it multiple times on I-40. We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience. The service was polite, and our food was fresh without the fries being scalding hot. Everything was served quickly, especially considering it was 8 p.m. on a Friday night. Thank you so much; we will definitely be back!

When it first opened, the restaurant was fantastic. Over time, however, the staff seems to have become less friendly with each visit. The food is tasty, but they often run out of certain items. Perhaps it's just my luck, but every time I've gone in the past six months, all the tables have been dirty. It might be best to opt for takeout instead.

The burger was delicious!! The fry sauce is amazing but eating the fries was too much like work! They were so small!! The girl that took our order was very helpful and friendly. The guy who called our order number was beyond difficult to understand!!! We will try Freddy's again to see how the onion rings taste.
