Everyone has different tastes , likes and dislikes, we did not enjoy our meals at all, the cashier was taking orders while in the middle of taking our, really disrespectful. The food was just missing authentic flavors, So disappointed, My opinion Chopsticks on Ellis Ave is alot better .

Most of our customers are very pleasant, but she was quite the exception! An elderly woman present at the time even remarked that the guest was acting purposefully difficult and displayed a poor attitude. I commented that I was simply unfortunate to encounter someone like her today. I noticed another post criticizing me, claiming I lacked manners or respect. However, how could I engage with her while I was on the phone? Did she want to split my attention? She should have noticed the many other guests waiting in the lobby—did she not understand the circumstances? It’s inconsiderate to think otherwise! Why couldn’t she wait like the other guests? On a positive note, the majority of customers at China Kitchen say they enjoy our food! However, it seems our taste might not be for her. Every restaurant has its shortcomings, but her behavior was unnecessary. It’s important to maintain a good attitude in any situation! I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I assure you that everything stated here is true!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls, and it was delicious. However, I had a couple of issues. The bottom half of the container had no shrimp in it, and I only received one egg roll. The attendant mentioned that he combined two egg rolls into one. ????

The food was disappointing. The wontons were soft and cold, and for ten of them, I received only a third of a cup of sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice was also hard.

The food here is usually good, but my visit today was very disappointing. I often request extra soy and duck sauce with my order, and it has never been a problem in the past. However, the woman behind the counter, who typically takes my order, reacted negatively when I politely asked for more sauce. She said, "I already gave you 5!" I should note that was 5 packets total, not 5 of each, and I had a lot of rice that needed sauce. I responded, "Okay, but can I have some more?" I was even willing to pay if necessary. Then, she came out from the back, handed me 1 soy sauce and 1 duck sauce, and abruptly said, "HERE!" before slamming the door in my face. Her rude behavior was uncalled for, especially in front of other customers. There are many Chinese restaurants to choose from, so I won’t be returning to this one.
