At The Uig - Isle of Skye Highland

Why this FABULOUS hotel is only 3 `s IS A SERIOUS CRIME!!!! Never have I tasted food so fresh and so good outside of London and New York! How this hotel in the `back and beyond` produces food and service at this high level heaven only knows? The Brit owners are 10/10 as so with ALL the staff. I really did try to find faults and the only one really was leaving! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Great food and lovely staff. Stayed in a single in main building then double in the wing behind. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when music was left on loud in staff house at back (they went up and turned it off). Would definitely stay again. This place is a great value for the stay the room was pretty big and the bed was super comfy. You get an amazing view if you're eating there and also the staff is very friendly and will make sure that your stay is pleasant it's a little out of the way but it's definitely worth the journey. Food drinks: As a vegan this was really a dream, breakfast and dinner just plant based! That is quite unique, (especially breakfast) and I also want moostix (oat milk) in the Netherlands Dinner was really superb quite a chef they must have Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
