It was a nightmare. Loud plumbing knocked sound every 30 seconds coming from the wall. The owner tried to fix it unsuccessfully and blamed for the seasonal changing of the system and even joked that it was ghost . I booked here for 6 nights and he could not switch room for me claiming hotel fully booked. I have asked every day unsuccessfully. DO NOT book here if you don’t want to ruin your vacation Service: 1

Perfect location with wonderful views over the lake to the mountains beyond. The balcony was a good place in which to relax. Breakfast: great muesli, cheeses, cooked vegetables and fresh fruit. Coffee disappointing and so hot it burns. Lack of toaster and croissants poor quality. Shame the owners have virtually no interaction with their guests. Beautiful details but missing the personal touch. Nice to offer free Netflix but internet too variable to support it. Would have liked to see some Swiss TV in Switzerland. In spite of small criticisms, only written to be helpful and constructive, we highly recommend Boutique Hotel Bellevue, Iseltwald. Service: 3
