I can't express enough how amazing this restaurant is. I was truly impressed. During my recent business trip, I found myself one of the few white patrons there, yet I was made to feel completely welcome. I’m seriously considering relocating to Dallas just to enjoy Mr. Max's incredible dishes. I dined there on Thursday night, and now I can't stop thinking about it—I'm actually craving it! I’m tempted to hop on a plane just for a bowl of the Japanese ramen in the light pork broth and a side of fried tofu. Thank you, Mr. Max, for your warm hospitality and exceptional standards. Some of us can recognize quality and excellence immediately, and we appreciate the effort that goes into it. I can't wait to return; dining at your place will be my top priority next time I'm in Dallas.

A hidden gem! This cozy little spot has so much character and a friendly atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation, as there’s always a steady line of people waiting. I tried the seared bonito, and it was cooked to perfection. The quality for the price is outstanding. There’s plenty of competition for Japanese dining in the area, but this place truly stands out among them all.

This hidden gem offers fantastic value! If you have a long layover at DFW Airport, I highly recommend stepping out for a quick visit.
