Firehouse Subs South Irving

Overall bad experience Don 't judge a book by its cover a man looking average can own a construction company while man with tie is a customer service rep. Treat everyone with respect equally. Customers can see it, appreciate our business. Every firehouse I go this location is the only one I feel unappreciated. I always donate not a Thank you sir wow. Ungreatful I wonder now if they really do donate, on the receipt It says food ? oh and I 'm not really big on sauce but I 've seen a customer ask for sauce they gave him one tiny bit of sauce he politely asked for one more since he did just buy a Large Sub and the man (mid 40 's) gave him a dirty look along with attitude.

I really enjoy their sandwiches; they taste fantastic! I usually order the turkey bacon ranch or the club sub, but I’ve also tried many of their other subs, and they’re delicious too. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat. My dad loves it as well. They have a promotion where if you bring in a case of water, you can get a medium sub for free!

Extreme lack of quality control. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. 3 slices of meat for a 9 dollar sub. EDIT: To answer vendor question: I brought my sub up to the counter and told them about the meat issue. When I asked if they card to remake it, they said they could but it would have the same amount of meat because they slice it in advance (who knows how far... . I have not been back since (nor do I plan to return for a while , so I can't comment on if the problem has been corrected.

First time here but not my last. The interior is really cool with of course a firehouse theme. I had the bbq brisket sandwich and it was awesome. I also donated to the firehouse cause and received a really cool pickle bucket

This restaurant keeps improving with time. The staff is usually on the older side, but the younger team is just as capable. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. The employees are very friendly, and the place is kept clean! I highly recommend the Turkey Ranch Bacon sub—it's a must-try!
