I spent four nights at this hotel in early June 2023. The rooms were standard hotel accommodations. We stayed on the fifth floor, which offered a wonderful view of the city. The hotel features three dining options: we tried two of them. The Caribou Cafes are perfect for coffee and pastries, while Frobisher Cuisine served us delicious Arctic char and a Bison burger. The hotel's location is excellent; we were working on the attached eight floors, so we didn’t need to go outside. Additionally, grocery stores are conveniently located within walking distance.

The rooms and the overall guest experience were incredible. The friendly gentleman at the reception was eager to assist with my needs and questions, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was truly five-star. Who needs the Marriott when we have wonderful people like him? Thanks to the kind-hearted individuals like the receptionist, I had a fantastic stay!

I made a reservation two weeks in advance, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that they had given my room away. This is extremely poor service, especially when you book so far in advance. I would highly recommend choosing one of the other hotels in the city instead.

The rooms are clean, but no basic equipment such as cups for the coffee machine and soap in the bathroom. Checkin staff were friendly and efficient. The Wi-Fi code didn't work, so no WLAN!

I am very satisfied with all the facilities of the hotel. I stayed in a hotel for 3 days due to flight cancellation at IQALUIT Airport. I sincerely thank all the hotel staff. While staying at the hotel for 3 days, I was able to relax as comfortably as at home. And I ate the steak in the hotel restaurant for 3 days. Thanks also to the cooks in the kitchen. It was really the best food ever. For those who travel here, there is an employee who first meets when they open the door of the hotel. They are three Filipino women. I am truly grateful to the three women. This business trip solved all the hard work due to the weather. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to the three women working at the hotel desk. Lastly, I wish the hotel endless development. thank you
