Great place to eat, hangout and have a good meal The bat staff is amazing. Would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great meal at a great price.

It's a sports bar/pub type place, which is fine. The food tasted good, and there are points for the Maple Bacon. My Maple Bacon burger patty was quite small compared to the bun and my friend's Bacon Grilled Cheese didn't have much cheese at all. Service was relatively prompt, but my meal came out well after the rest of my tables, and only after we pointed it out. Given that we had walked a mile there from our hotel, I was disappointed. Maybe it was an off night, but it didn't seem too busy.

Me and my husband decided to try The Walrus after seeing the Harry Potter live symphony. We didn’t get there until 12 and were concerned about them not serving food but to our surprise, they serve food until 1:30 am. From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience. The hostess Joey who happened to be our waiter as well, was so lively and inviting and made us feel welcomed the whole time. The vibes were nice and the music was on point that night. I ordered the lobster pierogies with a candied bacon grilled cheese and it was Absolutely delicious!! I couldn’t stop mhmming as I was eating (that’s how you know it’s good) 10/10 for sure. My husband got the short ribs with potatoes carrots and parsnips and it was good however it’s more like a pot roast than a short rib none the less still good 8.5/10. He also got the mac and cheese which was just ok 5/10. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something different to eat in the city.

Update- sad to say but I recently visited this restaurant and had the worst service of any restaurant I've visited in the past year. I had to actively seek out a staff member every single time I needed something. Not once did they visit my table. Not once did they ask if I needed something. The food is amazing and it's sad the service staff isn't there to support them. And for context I was one of only 4 tables in the entire restaurant. Great experience! The staff was incredibly attentive but no overly so. Very friendly and rhe food came out sooo fast! It has a nice varied menu so fairly easy for anyone to find something. Prices are great and their beer selection is also really good, lots of local options. Great place to meet friends for a drink and casual dining.
