I went in hoping to spend around $15-20 on Stromboli, but the manager refused to sell me more than one, even though there were four available and I was the only customer there. This manager really needs to be reassigned or removed entirely; he just lost you a regular customer who lives right across the street. Additionally, hardly anyone knows that Sbarro is even there due to a lack of advertising. On top of that, the manager wasn't wearing a mask, which I’ll be reporting to the health department. Overall, it's a terrible place; don’t waste your time or money here. I would like to discuss this with the area manager or franchise owner. If that doesn’t work, I’ll contact corporate—I’m sure they would appreciate hearing about this.

The first time I visited, the pizza was good, but on my second visit, the dough was too soggy. I decided to give it another chance, and while it was okay, my third experience was disappointing—the pizza wasn't toasted and just didn't taste good. I won’t be returning unless they can make it properly. Thank you.
