Bidrage med feedbackI went in hoping to spend around $15-20 on Stromboli, but the manager refused to sell me more than one, even though there were four available and I was the only customer there. This manager really needs to be reassigned or removed entirely; he just lost you a regular customer who lives right across the street. Additionally, hardly anyone knows that Sbarro is even there due to a lack of advertising. On top of that, the manager wasn't wearing a mask, which I’ll be reporting to the health department. Overall, it's a terrible place; don’t waste your time or money here. I would like to discuss this with the area manager or franchise owner. If that doesn’t work, I’ll contact corporate—I’m sure they would appreciate hearing about this.
If you're not going to confirm DoorDash orders, then you should remove yourself from the platform.
The first time I visited, the pizza was good, but on my second visit, the dough was too soggy. I decided to give it another chance, and while it was okay, my third experience was disappointing—the pizza wasn't toasted and just didn't taste good. I won’t be returning unless they can make it properly. Thank you.
