Very disorganized. The drive-through was backed up with quite a few cars, and it took about 20 minutes to receive my food after ordering. What I ordered: Spicy Chiking with onion rings and Diet Coke What I received: Regular Chiking with fries, and a regular coke which they forgot to give to me before I had to remind them. Steer clear of this BK. The nearby Culver's and McDonald's are quicker and more reliable options.
