A&w Inver Grove Heights

Took my family out here like a do every week. Me and 3 other cars waited in line and no one would respond at the drive through. So we drove up to the window they didn't open the window or say anything but instead looked and laughed mocked us.This was later in the night but 20 minutes before their posted closing time. The employees here have been rude now on several occasions and I don't think I'll be visiting this location anymore. I have the times and dates if management wants to hold someone accountable. This I wouldn't consider a family friendly inviromment. update to your response. I'm not the only person to leave a bad review for this business I think it's time to self reflect and be more professional. Also call my family liars if you want to, again proving how unprofessional this establishment is. You should be embarrassed.

What's going on? With lunch you could not come to the register because a group of young children chat with their friends who worked there. After we were able to order, we noticed that the seating area was locked, saw garbage everywhere around sawing. Behind the locked seating area was full of garbage, shoes, Crayons, coloring books, used cups, food packaging Miscellaneous junk. Very strange, poor service dirty. Is there a manager/adult/owner? Who's here?

The chicken nuggets were delicious, but I found the meal price to be higher than I expected. At $11, it seems a bit pricey, especially compared to Raising Cane's, where a meal includes garlic bread and coleslaw for only $3 more. While the nuggets were tasty, I think they should have provided a larger drink for that price. That's just my opinion, and I stand by it.

The service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. The cashier needs to be retrained and could use a lesson in courtesy. I clearly stated my order, but she submitted it incorrectly. When I returned to get the right meal, she was quite rude. To make matters worse, when they finally prepared the correct order, they messed it up again. I would advise against visiting this location—it has a messy appearance and the service is just as unkempt. A refund would be nice, but what would be even better is proper training for the staff to improve their performance.

We never ate here, but the food was actually hot had to wait a little longer, but was worth waiting for hot food. They were open or had people who used cars like in the old days. They had food outside, but they were not open.
