Moe's Southwest Grill - Indian Land

The Housewrecker Bowl at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. It was enjoyable right up until the last bite. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was clean, bright, and inviting. I highly recommend trying the Sweet Tea - it is incredibly refreshing.

The food was delicious, but the manager I encountered was quite rude to both the employees and customers. Having worked in the food service industry before, I understand the stress that comes with the job, but it is never acceptable to be impolite. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have witnessed poor behavior from the management at this establishment. The other employees who were not in charge were very courteous and friendly. We were disappointed by the treatment we received.

We went to the restaurant after a group of three other people. No one acknowledged us or helped the group before us, who were the only ones in line. The three workers seemed disengaged, looking down and grabbing chips. We waited for five minutes, but it didn't seem like they were still busy helping the first group.

Great service. in and out. very polite. the best service I had in one bed, anywhere.
