Bidrage med feedbackThe food presentation and taste was extraordinary. The service really diminished our experience. We weren’t greeted or given water for30 min after seating. Due to a VIP table next to us all the resources were used to open his 6 bottles of wine that he brought in and to cater to his every flinch. I hope he’s a big donor!

Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. The student servers were sincere and tried hard to make our meal enjoyable. However, the first course Tartiflette, which is basically potatoes au gratin, was very undercooked. The potatoes were crunchy and very hard. Apparently, that is how they're supposed to be. Seriously?? Who enjoys eating crunchy potatoes? We were allowed to choose another dish, which was good. The Angus Strip Loin was tasty, and the marjolaine dessert was excellent. The table right next to the entrance corridor, alongside the half wall, in front of the wine display glass, is not a great spot. When you make your reservation, ask not to be seated there.
We always enjoy eating at the Bocuse Restaurant. That's why we keep coming back. The food is delicious and inventive. Service is impeccable. Everyone at the restaurant, from managers to servers, is is concerned that you have a good experience.
My sister and I had an enjoyable lunch recently at the Bocuse Restaurant. The students/servers were very conscientious and we were pleased how knowledgeable they were about the food. The description of the cooking process and the contents of the dishes were explained to us when we asked. All three courses were presented with descriptions and each was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for the pleasant afternoon!
