Miss Saigon Cafe - Hurst

Quality restaurant. I've been here about twice, and both times was pleased with the quality and flavors. Fresh vegetables are used, the inside is quaint and clean, and the owner (or manager? was very nice.<br/ <br/ I wish I lived a little closer. It's a luxury that Hurst has a really good Vietnamese restaurant across the street from a really good Thai restaurant (Sweet Basil Thai Cuisine .

The best pho spot around! The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the flavors are outstanding. I visit at least once a week. The spring rolls and boba are also fantastic!

I loved the beautiful, subdued jazzy piano. Excellent food. Fresh, clearly made with care and love for joyful eating. The seafood is great, they know how to treat a good shrimp right, the sauces are right, the flavors and amount are just right and the price is very reasonable. I tried the garlic shrimp. Nina, the lady at the front IS an angel.I admit I rarely give a good review. I am surprised. I will be back soon.

The food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the pork dumplings, vegetarian pho (pronounced "fa"), and pork fried rice. We’ll definitely return when we're in the area again.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I've been working in the area for a year now and, as a big fan of pho, I started visiting for lunch. I have to admit that my initial experience was marred by poor service. However, they've recently hired additional servers, and the improvement has been remarkable. The pho is fantastic, and I appreciate that they offer a smaller portion, which is just right for lunch. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!
