Pepper Tree Veggie Cuisine - Houston

I'm trying for the first time yesterday. was skeptical, as I have extreme food allergies and many vegan restaurants are full of soy and inherited proteins.

Food: 3/5 service: 5/5 foods: I must say I was a little disappointed by eating after the angry reviews I've read. I don't know if it's the new one.

In general, this Asian-inspired vegan buffet was excellent, with the dumplings being my favorite part. We visited on a Sunday when they first opened and it quickly filled up. My only criticism is that I wish there were more dessert choices available on the buffet. The options were limited to just fruit, small vanilla bread/cakes, and fruit-filled sesame balls with chocolate sauce.

Absolutely fantastic vegan and vegetarian Asian cuisine! It was a wonderfully relaxing spot with delicious food. The owners of this restaurant serve incredibly fresh and tasty Asian dishes, all of which are vegan and/or vegetarian. You order at the counter from the hanging menu, pay, and take a seat. I opted for the $12 lunch buffet and organic lemonade today - it was amazing! The 8 homemade sauces were bursting with unique flavors and were freshly made daily. I can't say enough good things about Pepper Tree. They are closed on Mondays, but the weekend buffet is a bit cheaper and includes vegan sushi, dumplings, and other specialties, with children's prices available.
