Oporto Fooding House Wine - Houston

The food was tasty. The server had difficulty communicating with the kitchen. A portion of our order never arrived, and a specific request was not followed. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our meal with family and the food we did receive was delicious and served promptly. I will consider giving them another chance, as they may still merit a 5 out of 5 rating.

The food was good, but I wasn't a fan of the stuffed roasted rice. I was expecting small pieces of seasoned meat, like in a chicken roast rice, but instead there were large pieces of strong-tasting fish piled on top. The Rocket salad was excellent. The chicken curry empanadas were tasty, but a bit dry. The goat cheese and bread were delicious as well. Overall, it's a nice restaurant and the terrace is beautiful, especially when the weather isn't too hot.

We had a great experience at this restaurant with excellent food, service, and atmosphere. My wife and I dined on Saturday night and were seated outside on the terrace to escape the late afternoon sun. Our waiter, Ruby, provided attentive service and recommended starting with four tapas dishes. We enjoyed the cuddly dish, roasted rice, baked goat cheese with garlic toast, and crispy carrots in spicy pork sauce. We also ordered a bottle of Argentine red wine which paired beautifully with our meal. Despite the kartoffels not being crispy, everything was delicious and flavorful. We appreciated the excellent service from Ruby and will definitely be returning in the future.

We enjoyed our time in oporto. the best dish was the scallops with risotto; perfectly cooked and seasoned. none of the dishes threw me away, but all were delicious. cocktails are also great. the interior is beautifully designed.

Place was great and delicious. The paella was great and the drinks were great as well. I think I have found a great place to come and visit to dine in again. So much food with a great overall price. I highly reccomend that people come here to enjoy some Portuguese/Spanish food (if that is safe to say). Servers are very tentative I am a thirsty guy and drink a lot of water and usually in other restaurants you will go 5 plus minutes without a drink and here they always refilled glasses. So overall great food great service, and definitely will be back in the future.
