Bidrage med feedbackI made a reservation specifically for Mother's Day and called ahead to confirm my dietary requirements. However, when I arrived, the restaurant at Radisson Heathrow had not received my booking from OpenTable and was unable to accommodate us. It was a disappointing experience with both OpenTable and the hotel.
I was unsure of where to sit and requested the cubical seat by the wall, but the staff denied my request.
The service is excellent, and the atmosphere in the room is wonderful.
We had a very good experience here when I had booked a afternoon tea in the past, so I went back last month. but to my surprise it was not so nice. the brot of the sandwiches became fast hard. the sweets are like those they get from island stores. the scones were good. the staff are still friendly and accommodating, but eating was better before.
They couldn't find the reservation. WE had to tell them that it wasn't big deal as they were many free table!! When afternoon tea arrived we were asked to start from the scones as they go hard when cold!? Then we found a hair in one of the cake. Service not really intuitive. No nice experience
