Paco’s Tacos Food Truck - HOOD RIVER

Without a doubt, this is the best Mexican food I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating. Ever since my first visit to this place a year ago, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I would gladly drive hours out of my way just to enjoy lunch here. It’s a must-try if you’re in the area. The only downside is that there isn’t a dining area if you want to eat on-site. Dietary restrictions: All their tacos are made with corn tortillas, so a significant portion of the menu is gluten-friendly, though the burritos are still made with flour.

I recently had Pacos Tacos catering at a wedding, and it was absolutely delicious! I really wish I had stopped by the food truck on my way out of town.

At I84 location. Please train your staff before they take people's money for food. I don't blame the person who gave me a half rolled burrito that I couldn't eat till I got home 2 hours later and dumped into a bowl cause it exploded in my car. I blame the person who trained them. They were new and that's ok, but it was $13.

Paco’s tacos has been a favorite for a long time. I normally love the Mt Hood burrito. Today the Mt Hood Burrito was half the size it normally is and when I got home I noticed the guacamole and sour cream were missing. I ordered two. I Definitely did not feel like these two small burritos should have cost $24 and missing my two favorite ingredients, they didn’t taste as good as they usually do. Bummer.
