I'm here for the first time today. eating was great! the wings were my favorites! we also had a burger, hotdog, spinach salad and buffalo dip. everything was delicious. as a year-round islander it is exciting to have a new place with great food and wonderful service. next time we will eat and enjoy a beer at the bar.

These are the best hot dogs I've ever had! many toppings to choose and the roasted split top back is the bomb! the burgers and salads are also very tasty and even have homemade chips. I'll try the wings next. it is our way to eat at work. try it, they will not be disappointed.

I prefer my chips floppy or slightly cooked and during my last visit my chips were cooked somewhat more than normal. One of the owners asked if my chips were okay, I said they were okay. He knew they were overcooked and said he was training a new cook so that they were cooked again. They strive for a high customer service. Good deck for dinner outside.

The burgers were tasty, and the homemade chips were delicious as well. I overcooked the BLT and bacon, but it was still a good sandwich. The wait times were long, but that's probably because they're the only place on the island with such great food. We were disappointed by the other nearby restaurants, but we would definitely come back to eat here again.

Today, we visited Surf Dog during a rare rainstorm in Surf City. Despite being busy because no one could be on the beach, we ordered two burgers - a Chili cheeseburger and a Pimento cheeseburger. Both burgers were fantastic, with great taste and perfectly cooked. The staff were very friendly and attentive, serving our food quickly despite the busy atmosphere. Great job, Surf Dog!
