Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It seems the signature sandwich didn't come with any sauce, and it featured strips instead of chicken breast. Were you disappointed? I ordered that for my wife.

I just wanted to say that my daughter of Zaxby's stopped and order me a salad with grill chicken with ranch and honey mustard dressing. I have to say it was the best salad I've eaten, and I'm looking forward to either eating or picking up an order from Zaxby's delicious meal menu. Thank you.

Disappointed! I understand the restaurant industry is suffering for employees or good ones if you have them, however try to take care of the customer please. Let them know when you are out of things they order before they pay, leave, and quickly return to only find out they just don't have it today and they put extra fries in instead. I know it's only coleslaw but it is one of the things I love about Zaxby's. The employee had no concern about customers experience. This is my 2nd time at this location, with a negative experience. Last time they didn't have 2 oz souffle containers so I could not get the sweet and spicy sauce for my chicken.

All employees in drive thru wore there masks (didnt check if it was open for dine in) but what I could see, employees were following covid conditions and protocol. I would recommend this Zaxbys if you are close by. Only minor issue was that the fries weren't seasoned as well as other locations.

Ordered a house zalad and asked at the speaker for 3 ranches. At the window I checked my bag and immediately noticed there were only two, but the employee had already shut the window. Waited for her to open it back up..tried to get her attention..she looked right at me and walked away. Another employee came to the window a minute later and seemed annoyed when I asked for more sauce, but got it for me. Whatever, no big deal..then I got home and opened the box to rotten, pink lettuce. So gross and made it impossible to eat even half my salad. Overall disappointing, and it looks like other reviewers have had the same issue in the past. I won?t be returning to this location.
