Rocky Neck Fish Co - HINGHAM

I visited the RNF Co location at Previte’s Market Place and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, and the clam chowder was delicious! While waiting in line, I noticed that the staff is well-trained and truly understands the importance of customer service. I’ll definitely be returning! I was initially skeptical after reading such glowing reviews, but I decided to give the restaurant a try. I thought the reviewers were exaggerating. However, after visiting a few times, I believe the positive feedback is actually understated. The food is fresh, served quickly, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the menu selection isn’t extensive, but I suspect that's because they prioritize freshness in their offerings. Additionally, the prices seem reasonable. I will definitely return.

We had a fantastic experience here! After receiving the wrong order at a nearby seafood market, we were in a bit of a panic trying to find six live lobsters (each weighing between 1.75-2 lbs) for our annual lobster dinner, and we only had half an hour before mealtime. The young woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly friendly and reassured me that they had what we needed. When we arrived just a few minutes later, our order was already bagged and ready to go. To top it all off, the lobster tasted amazing!

Purchased what I assumed was 1/2 pound of fresh lobster meat today from there. Smelled weird when I opened it to have for dinner tonight. Very disappointed as I had heard great reviews from the place. ? Lobster isn’t cheap, so when you pay top dollar it should definitely be fresh.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Seafood is phenomenal .
