Little T's Cafe - Hillsboro

I strongly recommend checking out this place! The food is excellent, and the ambiance is clean and welcoming. It's also a charming café perfect for enjoying drinks and snacks.

Congi gives off a warm, home-cooked vibe, and the egg dish is especially delicious.

The cucumber salad and the vegetables with oyster sauce were outstanding. I was ambivalent about the shrimp wontons.

Great Cantonese style soups! I really hate going all the way to the Jade District for good Hong Kong style food and Chinatown is pretty much gone. It was a real pleasure to hear about this new place from a buddy. The won ton soup is great and dumplings are large, fresh, and tasty. It's a clean and friendly spot and the recipes aren't Americanized. If you like authentic Cantonese dishes, you won't be disappointed.

The food mostly are handmade, and seem light and healthy. The restaurant is apparently a family business. The boss is busy with ordering and serving. I think it's better to be served by a friendly waitress/waiter than a serious boss. My son like the noodle there, and kid's dinnerware was provided timely, which will definitely bring us back again.
