Peri-peri Cottage - Hillingdon

I ordered four burgers with fries for about 33 pounds, and my brother's burger had a black mark indicating it was burnt, as well as burnt seeds. The fries were not very crispy and were extremely hard. I recently had some teeth removed, and if I had continued eating those fries, I think my remaining teeth would have broken. They were also very dry, making it difficult to breathe. The other burgers were okay, but the fries could have been cooked better.

The food was decent, but the service was incredibly poor. They got my order wrong and when I requested for it to be changed, they refused. Additionally, when I asked for a takeaway box because I was running short on time, they also refused. I had no choice but to throw away the food. 1/5 service rating.

Myself and my colleauge are always on the run. We stopped by to quickly eat in and i must say it was perfect. We had ordered the chicken tikka wrap meal and a peri-peri burger meal, the meat was cooked just right and the sauce! I loved it. The customer service was brilliant and very welcoming. young asian female on the tills... outstanding customer service!

Three nights this week COLD food, had enough tonight hade to wait 1hour 25 minutes for Cold food, sent it back tonight, just a joke, they are only 5 minutes away from my house

Sooo tasty!! American gourmet burger is huge! Good quality, really seasoned as if the patties are homemade! The half of peri peri chicken is perfectly cooked to the bone, seasoned very well. The lamb burger is seasoned perfectly also with the slight spice offset with the halloumi is perfect. Perfect portion sizes! Chips are sooo tasty too. Good take away meal!! Tastes homemade and not overly oily or greasy. Good value for money too. Quick delivery too had this twice now, great quality every time.
