Bidrage med feedbackSo. GOOD. We ordered 4 different items from ceviche pescado, to the rotisserie chicken and it was ALL DELICIOUS! The service was prompt and personable. It is quaint and comfortable inside. I cannot say enough good things. Try it! You won't regret it! Even my kids were raving about how yummy the chicken was. We will definitely be back!
Has a lot of potential. The patacones were delicious, fresh, and authentic. The sauces were also very yummy. But everything is over salted overkill. My partner and I both got sick from too much salt. If it wasn’t all so salty, we honestly would’ve loved it. He got the churrasco and I ordered the rotisserie chicken. Again the flavor was there but so was a cup of salt. We doused it all in sauces to be able to eat some of it. Maybe we got a bad batch, unsure. Also didn’t eat much of the chicken and let them know but nothing was done just apologized but beware it’s a 25$ dish. I’d expect to actually enjoy it without a bunch of modifications. Staff was really friendly though.
Ordered by phone after reviewing menu online (on their website, not a third party site) and when my husband arrived, he was charged $5 more for one entree and $3 more for the other. Food was average at best with only a small amount of dry chicken in both entrees. Do not recommend.
The food is amazing. Peruvian food has become one of my wife and I favorite foods. Service and price were great too.
Next, we savored the Jalea Mixta, a plate of lightly breaded fried seafood, served with delicious Salsa Criolla, made from thinly sliced red onions and lime juice. The salsa added a burst of acidity that perfectly balanced the richness of the fried seafood, creating a harmonious flavor experience. The Beef Lomo Saltado was another standout dish. The attention to detail in presentation was remarkable, showcasing their commitment to creating visually appealing plates. The drinks were just as impressive. The Tropical Sangria was a refreshing explosion of fruit flavors, while the Chicha Morada truly surprised us. This non-alcoholic beverage made from purple corn has a taste reminiscent of punch or mulled wine, but even more delightful, with its unique blend of sweetness, fruitiness, and a hint of tartness. And let’s not forget the maracuya drink, which was equally refreshing and offered a taste of tropical paradise. I highly recommend trying all three beverages! What really enhanced our dining experience was the warm and kind gentleman who served us. He treated us like old friends, sharing stories about Peru, his travels around the world, and passionately describing each dish. This enlightening and heartfelt conversation added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. From the beautifully crafted dishes to the warm and knowledgeable service, this restaurant truly captures the essence of Peruvian cuisine. A visit to this extraordinary establishment is a must for any food lover. We can't wait to return to try their Leche de Tigre and desserts!
