I was super excited to get back for some of their delicious enchiladas with red sauce I used to want to eat with a spoon. Unfortunately, they’ve changed some of their recipes and they only offer their enchilada stack during the week and it’s only with green sauce. I was able to special request the red sauce, though. The stack is like a bunch of soggy tortillas mushed together instead of it being like a tortilla lasagna like it used to be. The chicken I asked for with it was so bitter I couldn’t eat it. The recipe for their red sauce has also changed the spices aren’t balanced anymore. My partner had the bison meatloaf. He said it was dry and the sear had burned the edges of it. Service is still awesome, but food is like bad New Mexico fusion diner level now. Sad…Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free with vegan and vegetarian dishes available upon request
This place used to be a favorite but has gone so downhill. The past couple of takeout orders I've gotten were terrible quality when I got home. Fries were so hard you couldn't even chew on them. And now when I stopped by at 3 :00 I'm told that I can't be seated in the dining area until after 5:00 even though I have health issues and can't sit on their horribly uncomfortable metal chairs. I just won't be going there anymore or ordering from them which is sad because we used to go there multiple times a month.
We’ve been frequenting this restaurant for many years, and recently been very underwhelmed with the changes made. The menu is slightly different, including melted cheese instead of queso on nachos, as well as an incredibly large glob of sour cream. Previously it was drizzled quite nicely. Props to the tall blonde haired waiter who made our visit much more enjoyable!
Poor management: my wife and I waited over 35 minutes for patio seating. Come to find out that the manager gave away the one table that did open to someone else (who was seated inside and got moved to the patio based on their request- most likely buddies) without checking with the hostess. After another 20 minutes, when we were about to give up and take our chances with another restaurant on a Friday night, they seated us. There were no apologies or even an acknowledgment by the hostess that they screwed up. Morale of this experience- don’t assume the hostess will care for you at this restaurant.
Had the New York strip it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, The Manager was very nice, Staff was amazing and Bilingual Nothing but great vibes
