Food was good price was great! Staff was friendly and good service!!

Let me begin by saying that I love cracker barrel when you look at my reviews, I have very rated other locations throughout the country. That said it wasn't a visit. First from the food was great, I got the pot roast and enjoyed it. My problem in this place is with the customer service. The waiter was very uncertain about things in general. When we were brought cookies, we had not made any plates available, so ended up providing a napkin. I then asked for more napkins, again they were never provided. Another waitress came closer, again I asked for napkins, she said safe, went on her way and never back. Finally, a third time I asked our waiter on napkins, never provided. When I wanted to go, I specifically asked myself about a big to-go cup, he said safe and came back with her little cup, at this point I gave up and went. So the food was fine, why it got 3 stars, but the service was just a star safe..

Eating was okay. It's cold. Apple butter on corn bread was great. Our server was very polite and sure that we had filled everything. Just a super nice server.

Never again! Shown for the wheelchair. Called twice. 30 minutes before I got in. You had my now cold food behind the counter! Checkout was very rude and unapologetic! This is a BS service and hospitality! Cold eggs and pancakes...

Mary was our waitress and was great even though they were very busy. The meal came within 12 minutes and was hot and tasty. Because it was Labor Day, our waiting time was almost an hour. But with the lack of help in restaurants nowadays it is understandable. You have to go back to work instead of living from the government! All in all, it was worth more than waiting! I'm evaluating them five stars!
