Xando Cafe - Hickory Hills

Rating: 7/10 The customer service is good and the food is enjoyable, although it could be better.

I visited this restaurant two days in a row because I absolutely loved the food, especially the rib eye sandwich.

The food used to be consistent at this restaurant. It seems there may have been changes in the cooks or management in the past 3 months because the quality of the food has declined. Prices have been going up while portion sizes have been getting smaller. It is unacceptable for a chicken breast panini to have such a thin and small piece of chicken inside. I hope the restaurant can improve and go back to how it was with the previous management next year.

The food is great, prices great, the staff is MOSTLY good. Here and there the waitresses have been cold, or had a borderline attitude. The only thing I would change about Xando is the time/efficiency the food is brought out. I’m not sure why but it takes about 10-20 to order food. Otherwise I love Xando’s (for the food) and have been coming for over 10 years. Food: 5
