I placed an order under the name TOM, but they mistakenly gave me an order for CARL. When I went back to sort it out, one of the staff members claimed that I had given the wrong name when I picked it up. What? First of all, it’s your responsibility to listen carefully to the name I provided. How would I know you had an order for CARL? And honestly, why would I say CARL if my name is TOM? It’s frustrating to be blamed for your mistake. Wow! I've been a loyal customer here for two years.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The place was dirty, and the staff appeared disorganized and lacking a sense of urgency. I witnessed them mix up two orders. When I was next in line at the register, they skipped me and served the two people behind me instead. I left immediately.
I needed something to eat after my blood test. Order all bagel and a big coffee . Could not be satisfied anymore, the order was warm and the butter simply melted. Compared to the Bagels, I get rite at Shop. Coffee was hot. Btw my bagel was with salt poppy and whatever. I am back
We arrived at Hazlet at 1 PM on August 14, 2022, and found three employees behind the counter, but we were the only customers there. Unfortunately, every table was dirty, and the bagels were quite small. We won’t be coming back.
