The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and now that I know they offer delivery, I'll definitely be ordering from them more often!

Everything was great. My order was accurate, and I received my tea this time. When I ordered from other Gem's on DoorDash, they always forgot my tea.

I ordered eggs over easy, but they were slightly overcooked, and I also had rye toast, which I never received.

They couldn't find my order and the manager was extremely rude about it.

I love Gems. Really have ever been disappointed with them until today. What I ordered was nowhere near worth what I paid for it. What I ordered what correct however some of the special instructions weren't followed (asked for bagels toasted they weren't). The sandwich I ordered was $9 and I could have made it better myself for a fraction of the price.
