The food is excellent, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is up to the high standards you expect from a Jersey Mike's!

Anyone who loves sub sandwiches has to check out JM's. My personal favorite is the Giant 55!

My recent visits to this location have been very disappointing. I can never get through on the phone to place an order; they either don't answer or put me on hold and then forget about me. The price for a sandwich with hardly any meat is outrageous. Almost $45 for two subs? It's really unfortunate to see how much this place has declined.

Laula, Krystal, and Marty provided outstanding customer service! I really enjoyed the atmosphere they created. It's clear that all three take great pride in their work. They went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergies and took special care in preparing my sandwich, which was fantastic. Without a doubt, this is the best customer service I've experienced. This place is miles better than Subway. You actually get a generous amount of meat on your sandwich, and the subs are larger! Yes, it may cost a bit more, but you definitely get more food for your money. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
